    Hey guys my name is Aaron and i am a 17 year old structural engineer draftsman located in Bunbury WA. I am currently reading 0 to 130 properties and looking into the investing game, just wondering if any one could help me out with just a couple tips and strategies that could send me on my way.

    Welcome aboard.

    For the time being – just continue educating yourself.

    Read widely – get an idea of the different IP strategies investors use. Here's a list of good books https://www.propertyinvesting.com/forums/community/heads-up/6845

    Frequent forums like this one – they're full of up to date information.

    There's also a couple of IP magazines that might be worth checking out.

    I'm 17 as well. As i can relate, i would recommend reading and learning as much as you can while you acquire a deposit.
