I am eligible for a first home owners grant and I have seen 2 blocks of lands but one with an easement running on the right side of the block in the shape of a slash and the second block has got an encumbrance (building rules).
Appreciate if you could advise me as to which one would be a better option to choose and in the future we might resell the house which we going to build. So does an easement or an encumbrance would affect the resale value and the cost factor involved in both cases as well.
Request you to please advise me as the time is ticking as we need to lodge the application before 31st of May in order to receive the home owners grant.
