Does anyone know of a service which is a mix of a Buying Agent and a building inspection service? I'm looking for a service where I will shortlist the properties and then have someone go and inspect them with a set of criteria so I can shortlist for an offer. But the Buying Agent services seem to be much more comprehensive and expensive and the inspection services are all focused on building / pest (which I want to do once have finalised offer). I am looking in Sydney and based interstate. Thanks!
Best to pick the professional based on reputation rather than simply who does both. There are some really excellent B and P guys in Sydney who are very well priced.
