    Hello all,

I'm based in Melbourne and had a friend looking to invest in Eagleby Queensland.

I don't know anything about this area and was told they have floods.

Could anyone give advice to if this is an area to invest into and if its a concern for floods?

    thanks in advance,

    Warren.

I used to  own a block of units there.  Interesting tenants to say the least.

Have a look at pdonline.logan.qld.gov.au  and search the site you are looking at.  That will let you know about flooding and waterway corridors.

    thanks for the speedy reply.

I'm sure this will help with the flooding info.

Would you recommend someone to invest there ?

Not sure about the flooding aspect but I had an eye on the area a few years back and it doesn't look like there's been a move in prices since then.

    Cheers
