    Hi Everyone,

    I am looking at an apartment which i thought ticked all the boxes.

    I have come to realize that 3 to 5 units out of a complex of roughly 25 are owned by the department of housing.

    What are the Cons of this? Does this affect the pricing at all?

    Your help would be much appreciated =)

    Not all DoH homes are filled with bad tenants.

    Suss out the strata minutes – see if there's been any issues in the complex.

    It could have an effect on future resale if the purchasers do their due diligence and work it out.
