    Hi,

    I have been looking to invest in Mildura and have just come across a property in Red Cliffs, about 16km from Mildura which ticks all the boxes for us.  The only box  I am questioning is the distance from Mildura. 

    Thoughts on whether I am better to buy in Mildura itself or is 16km out not really an issue?

    The one thing you cannot repair is location. 

    What are all these other boxes that it ticks?
