Financial Advice Needed For Bad Credit Record

I have a bad credit rating due to many circumstances in my past. I work in a very good job. I had a mortgage many years ago but lost it to a marriage break down. As a single mother I just floundered around for many years trying to make ends meet. I do not have any credit cards as I think debit credit cards are the only way to go. I have always known what to do and how to invest in the property market but never had any one that would back me and give me a chance. So I just looked and never did anything about it. Just as the book YOU NEED A ROCKET! States people are too quick to judge and point out only the negatives and how someone like me would never make it in the property market. It’s best to tell not to tell anyone anything just do it. Since reading the book I am going to do it … I have found a very well looked after 2 bedroom unit, with vacant possession in a very nice area for $60,000.00 with water views, rentals in that area earn between $220 – $250 per week. It’s a sure bet. Iv done my homework and I love the area it is in as well. I just need someone to take a chance on me.
