All Topics / General Property / Equivelant Websites?
Have been looking through the Victorian Government's "Department of Sustainability & Environment Website" (http://www.dse.vic.gov.au/property-titles-and-maps/property-information/property-prices) and also http://www.land.vic.gov.au. Both have heaps of useful information for conducting area and property research for those in Victoria. Does anyone know of the equivalent sites for these two for Queensland/Brisbane?Do they exist? I seem to be able to find most of the detailed data I'm after going through the Brisbane City Council Website or the Queensland Treasury and Trade Website, but can't seem to find historic median price data – these Victorian websites provide them and seem to be a one stop shop, so hoping someone knows of the Queensland equivelant. My googlising doesn't seem to be working. Or…are we just not that luck in Queensland and it's spread all over the place?
Cheers
http://www.dnrm.qld.gov.au/property/valuations may be a site to check
Valuer Generals Office, for Queensland it's Department of Environment and Resource Management, NSW is Land and Property Management Authority, Victoria is Department of Sustainability and Environment, WA is Department of Commerce.
