Hi, I need to know how much will the civil cost to develop 10 townhouses.  I am after the cost for the driveways, sewer, water, electricity etc not the building costs.

The site is in West Sydney.

    Hi Linzen

I'm also after the same kind of information for the western sydney area

I have a 2ha block of land out  riverstone and want to subdivide.

    Minimum lot sizes are 450m2.

I'm looking for an estimate so i can determine a feasibility.

Could you give me and indication on what the costs would be to do the civil works

I'm not looking for a quote here just an estimate, what do you think the civil works would cost such as

    -Road works

    -Curb Channels

    -Foot Paths

    -Any necessary landscaping

    -And all services from……

    -Sewer

    -Storm water

    -Communications/Electricity

-and Titling of each individual block

I have rang so many civil contractors to get an estimate so i can run a feasibility to see if the numbers stack up in my favour.

but i haven't got a str8 up answer from anyone… they all want to see the exact plans.

Now i haven't got to the plans yet as i want an estimate of the numbers. Surely these contractors have done similar work in other development areas and have estimates of what the costs would be. An estimate compared to quote are to different things.

Also surely they must know that eventually I'll get the project started and will need a civil contractor to do the civil works….If they help me…I'll help them by giving them my bussiness.

If anyone knows of a civil contractor that can help us out please reply

    Regards

    G
