Hi Everyone, I am chasing a mortgage broker that I can potentially use to do a Rent to Buy on a property I currently have. I firstly need help with qualifying the people and making sure the deal is set out properly to allow enough deposit etc. So if anyone knows of any good brokers with this experience or is one will be happy to come to some sort of agreement in relation to payment or passing on of business etc.

    Thanks

    Steve

    Hi Steve,

I use a great broker who has gotten me out of a few tight spots over the years.

I'm in the WIld West suburbs of Melbourne.

If you're in my region I'd be happy to put you in touch.

    Regards

    Hi Steve

Sorry, I couldn't help but I keep away from back to back Lease/Options as I've found there are easier and more transparent  ways to put together vendor finance transactions.

    Cheers,  Paul

All good Paul, understand your position. Richard thank you very much for your help. Have heard your name recommended on here several times and I can also most defiantly recommend you to anyone. Pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable.

    Thanks everyone.
