Looking into buying a CIP. I was wondering if finance can be approved using only the net rental income from the property to service the loan.
Received a significant compensation settlement and not currently working.
Planning to study full time next year so will have no "income" to service loans.
If this is possible I would be looking into the $2-4mil range so will be nicely CF+ even after servicing the IO repayments. Assuming there is a good tenant and long term lease in place is this possible?
Objective is to get a decent income while studying so savings doesn't get touched.
