I think the employees at SRO are smoking something heavy.
I received my land tax bill today. Noticed they have valued my land at $502K. My mate that lives no more then 1 minute by walk down the block has his land valued at $480K.
Same size block, same shape, 1 minute walk from mine.
What gives??
Conveniently only 2k over the threshold, maybe you could try to knock them down to 499K.
Hi Fredo, the property in is Vic, i don't think that will make a difference.
Query it. Ask for the comparables which they have used.
