    Hi All,

    Trying to work out my costs and PM's are the next step.  Looking through some brochures etc, it looks like I'll be paying upwards of 12-13% (including GST and ALL costs). 

    Who can recommend a property manager in Townsville, QLD?

    What fees are you paying or what fees have you negotiated?

    Getting into the details, owning an IP costs a lot!

    Great old school manager, personalised service, never advertises or waits for tenants as she has them lining up.

    Also cheaper than any I've found. I pay 8.5% plus $6.60 a month postage and petty. One weeks rent upon new tenancy.
