There is major development going on in the north shore. a great area it will become in the next 10 years. Kirwan is a great place and most people i know live there and have brought there. I live in North Ward and it is a great place to live is more expensive as its close to the water. Townsville is on the up and up. I would avoid places like west end/ railway estate just due to the crime and its not a sort after area.

Are you talking about this being a home for yourself or an investment property?
If the answer is investment property I believe you could do better with that sort of money. Why are you considering a house and land package? Do you have an investment strategy?
