$115 on special at present. Will handle up to 15 properties. or you can upscale their system.
I have used wwww.property-tracker-software.com for years, you can download a windows software for free. There are no limitations to the number of properties you can manage. You can also use it to compare properties you are considering for purchase to evaluate the best deal.
