    Hi All,

    I've been having a really good amount of success in buy, renovate, rent and hold in Cleveland.

    Obviously this is a market that is not going to grow rapidly, but is a great long term hold. Getting around 13% average. Very landlord friendly.

    Does anyone have neighborhoods or suburbs that they're doing well with here? I'm all about Lakewood and Cleveland Heights, but totally open to more options.
