Hi, I'm going to look into this further but it's taking a few days, which I will spend. But just so I know whether I amd likely to be looking elsewhere or sticking with this one, does anyone have any experience with instruments on title where Landata says Instrument (refer Instrument) and not (Mortgage), (Caveat) or the normal things. I have done a search but it is going to take three days for the document to be returned, and I just wondered if anyone else has come across this. Tks
