    hi

    I am in the process of buying a house and land package just outside of Gladstone. Have done a lot of research and release it has been a hotspot for quite some time. I have placed a holding deposit that is refundable and would like opinions about whether it is a good or bad investment. From what I have read there are differing opinions about being able to find tenants to being able to make a capital gain.

    I read that Gladstone will be the next super infrastructure town, so I think it is a good time to invest in the area.  With all new workers coming into town, I am sure you will have plenty of tenants.
