Lately I have been getting multiple emails regarding the one and same thread being updated.
ie these ones
Your are receiving this email because you have chosen to receive email
notifications from PropertyInvesting.com (https://www.propertyinvesting.com/).
When I check there is only one update and it is usually one I have already gone and looked at. Sometimes they come hours later.
I am not sure, but maybe you get one notification for each time you have relied to a thread. So if I have 3 replies to a thread I get 3 notification emails.

Yep, this is getting annoying!
I though it might be if people edited their posts.
