Market Info TAB has suburb price and rental information along with suburb profile detail.
Looking to purchase a IP but don't have 20% , do have little bit for Stamp duty etc.
If I was to agree to Vendor's price and pay the 20% over year or two, what sort of contact do i need to sign ?
who would make this contact up ?
your view/ suggestions are welcome.

Hi Mukesh,
You don't necessarily need a 20% deposit. It is possible, in some cases, to reduce the size of your deposit required.
I suggest you repost your comment/question in the finance section under a new topic and a number of brokers will provide you with some feedback.
Like Derek said – a 20% deposit isn't always necessary to get the deal done. Generally speaking, the minimum required is a 5% deposit and funds to cover purchase costs such as stamp duty, etc.

Be very careful when using your deposit. Depending on your investment strategy you may need to use as little of your deposit as possible so that you do not run out of equity or servicing.
