tHey guys,
Sorry I didnt spill the beans on my newest adventure sooner.
I have pretty much left everyone and everything I know behind and moved to the unknown. I have been in the US for the past 2 weeks and been very busy buying properties. I believe this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to build a portfolio that will give you financial freedom asap. After spending the last 2 weeks on the ground in Kansas City I know I have made the right decision in coming here. My US venture has been a long time in the works with many sleepless nights on Skype and phone to people on the ground here. I always stress that the most important thing when investing in US property is the team you build on the ground and not so much the location. I am shooting daily video's and pictures of what I am up to in Kansas City and the deals I am buying so if you love anything property related please feel free to add me on Facebook. I am sure you will find my posts different and entertaining.

Hi Kong,
it wasn't really out of the blue, a lot of planning and sacrifices were made for this to become a reality. I couldn't leave sooner as I had to sort out my Aussie portfolio first.
