Looking for a good property manager Zillmere QLD

Hi all,  im hoping someone may be able to recommend a good property manager around the suburb of Zillmere in QLD.

We live in WA and the current agent who has managed the property for the last 2 years is getting worse and worse so we will be finding a new agent at the end of this agreement. We simply would like an agent who can communicate with us and obviously provide us with feedback after they complete routine inspections.The last time the current agent did a rent inspection he sent an email titled 'Property inspection' and it was simply about 4 photographs of the property and that was it – no words at all. We are going to head over to QLD in a few months to find a new agent so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
