Looks like I'll be in Kyushu again (mostly Fukuoka, but not just) around late nov-mid dec, passing through Osaka at least once or twice too, I'm guessing.
not sure if I'll make an investors tour of it, as I'll be busy with my own portfolio, but anyone who wans to tee up a meet and enjoy a free quick short tour, at least, some introductions to local agents etc, a walk around some recently sold deals etc, feel free to let me know.
Always happy to spread the love, and its good to have some locals about you first time there, they're very friendly and honest, but not too high on the English in those profitable areas.
