    Does anyone recommend an accountant in Adelaide that is knowledgeable  with property development, subdivisions, reno's. 

    We live south of the CBD so is preferred if they are this side of town. 

    Really thing the one we have now is behind the 8 ball..

    I think Dan (aka disco Stu) from this forum is in Adelaide. Dan is very knowledgeable about tax.

    Jarrad Dunn from Perks accounting (google it) specialises in property investment accounting. He isn't cheap but should be worth the money.
