    Hey my girlfriend is interested at buying land up in Jurien bay because the land acreage is quiet large but has her doubts on weather it would be a risky investment and weather it would pay off. Just needing a different opinion on this matter.

    Are there any plans to build a property on the block?

    if so, what sort of timeframe?
