    hello ,

    i would like to know if anyone have a template for Lease Option contract

    i asked few lawyers and they say that to draw a brand new contract will cost fortune,

    i also know that many property program gives some templates as part of the program

    so if someone have an old option contract or a template it can help

    Firstly, documents would vary from state to state.

    And secondly each option would need a contract of sale attached.
