Hi we have an investment property which is currently rented for a 12 month lease.  The area we have invested in is a fantastic location with heaps of industry and new infrastructure happening and the rental vacancy there is around 1%. Should be coming out of the exclusive period shortly but would love some advice as to how to get the property advertised and out into the wider community.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    regards

    Hi Northy

I don't want to come across as sarcastic but isn't a real estate agent the logical option?

The national real estate listing websites such as realestate.com and domain.com should also do the trick.

    Cheers

    Jamie

We already are registered with an agent but I was just wondering whether there were any other sites that investors may use to find properties that I have not heard of.

I don't know the stats but I bet my last dollar that almost all sales in Australia would be effected by a REA.

Real estate dot com seems to be the one used by the great majority of agents.

Better question to ask what your agent will do to sell your property. Make sure you have you listen carefully to see what they will bring to t he table.

    Hi Northy,

How long has the agent had the property and where is it?

The 60 day exclusive agency agreement.  Then after that date we can go to other agents.
