    Can anyone please recommend a property manager for this area.

    I live in another state and I do know its not the best area however, I have gone through 3 PMs in the last 12 months. 

    They dont respond to emails, dont care to breach tenants for unpaid rent and have let the tenant ruin my renovated property AND its all my fault even though ive never been to S.A. lol

    I have other rentals where I have to double check the PMs name because I never have to contact them, all I want is my rent paid and property looked after and procedures followed.

    DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANYONE?

    Not a big ask and i am sure anyone with an IP in the area will respond.
