Hey All Been super busy of late With Charlotte Market booming , and USA investors back in at full force buying. With the lending loosing up for the USA investors.
So momentum has swung back to the USA buyer. <moderator: delete advertising> Most of Our international clients are now lending capital which makes more sense for them then actually buying. The concept of property Management and Tenants here in the USA is just some thing that most international buyers will never understand. Heck even for me living here in the states I don't get tenants. For property Management I decided to give it another go. I see the need for it . So I will start up another company and be ready to roll that out in Jan
