    Hi Everyone,

    Can some one tell me what a sales contract costs in Vic to create. I'm thinking of selling an IP and need to work out the closing costs before i take the next step.

    Contact a conveyancer or a solictor to get a price. They don't charge to quote.

    Prob about $200 just for a contract – plus disbursements such as title searches, council docs etc.
