Hi all. Could someone please recommend a tax accountant in the Newcastle area who is experience with Investment Properties. I have been using the same guy for the last 6 years and am not happy with his service (stuffed up my 2010 return and hard to get him to return any calls).
My current accountant has a lot of information about my properties like items (air conditioner etc.) I have added to the properties that are being claimed as depreciative items over time. How do I get all this information transferred from him over to the new accountant?

Remember you need an Accountant that suits your investing so if you decide to set up a SMSF choose one that can Audit the Fund at the same time.
Not all Accountants specialise in all areas of investing.
For the right advice it might be worth travelling as the cost of the trip could be Tax deductible.
That's why i have mine located on the Gold Coast !!!!!!
