Help with the restumping issue

Hello everyone,

I just need a bit of help regarding the restumping issue.

This house will need to rip of the floor in order to get the access.

This is not a problem since I plan to replace the floor with timber later.

Will it be cheaper and quicker if I rip them off myself before the contractors come and restump the house?

I am in Geelong. Can anyone recommend me a good company to do the job?
