i have read a lot of negative reviews about western sydney property group but i am very tempted to buy a property built by them as it is very convenient and is in our budget. All the reviews in this forum are mainly from 2011 so, i was just wondering if anyone has dealt with them recently. Have they changed their standards?how was the experience while buying and after support? Hows the quality etc. i would highly appreciate if someone can share their experience with me. Any information related to this group would be Helpful

even I am looking to buy a property from them but I also heard so
many negative rreview even my solicitor said the same thing that you have to
be careful when you deal with these people . My issue is that the property I am interested in
is a 2 bedroom and living with dining . But builder agree to make some changes in construction plan and my question is that . Can builder do that without the council approval .. Also did you negotiate with them
Why would you look at a company with so many bad reviews? Or are you a rival company trying to discredit them?
