Hello friends,
Bought this property 5 years ago (house and land) for $330k, renting about $330 per week
the property hasn't got affected in the recent floods…thank heavens
wondering if someone could provide some assistance/advise
Do i sell this property now? As there seem be no growth in recent years OR
Hold until the markets turn around.
your input will be much appreciated
