Just wondering if anyone else knows or understands what is happening with the changes to planning overlay in Victoria?
I feel like I am the only one who has seen anything about the proposed changes to the 2030 plan.
Yes, I am running a meeting on August 22 at 6.30pm to discuss this and learn more about it but I am beginning to feel like I dreamt it?
I am interested to hear from anyone who is proposing developments in Victoria and if they think it will affect your plans?
I have read it will take 2 years to come into affect.

If you are interested to come along to the meeting to discuss the issues – please send me an email at [email protected]
I am interested to hear everyone’s input so we can feed it back to the Minister.

I'll admit to being pretty tired today so I'm probably missing the obvious, but looking at the link it is not obvious to me what the core issue is that you are referring to.  Are you referring to the recent backflip whereby now apparently backyards are an important part of the Australian landscape and thus subdivisions less favourable?
