    Just a quick post seeing if anyone could recommend a good financial planner in South East Melbourne? I am currently saving like crazy for my first IP and would like to see a proffessional that can assist me on finding some strategies to speed up the process even more. I am not concerned about price as long as its guaranteed that I will receive back more in use value then i spend on market value for the service.

    I am also open to any advice on increasing my return on my savings or just general advice on saving.

    Hi Kolya

    I'm not sure you'll get too much value out of a FP for the purpose you've stated.

    Some general advice on saving is to spend less – make small sacrifices now in order to reach your longer term goal.
