I will be attending a “Investor Workshop Night” with Andre Knott as the speaker. Could with some background on this one so I have an idea if the information he gives is worth following up.
I have existing IP bot only locally (in the Perth suburbs) but am looking to invest in Queensland and/or NSW.
Have had a read through some off the subjects on this site and the information and feedback look quite good.

He is associated with cashflow capital. I think it is worth attending to hear what they have to say. They offer a range of services aiming to offer positive cashflow properties at reasonable prices. I am going to USA with them in September on a guided tour. I think Andre will be one of the tour leaders.
