    Just wondering what the tax office's stand on buying equipment for property renovations and depreciating it. I recently just did a full reno so had to buy electric tiler/saws etc as this is all equipment to be used again with my other properties can i claim it? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

    You could possibly claim it or part of it to the extent that it was used for income producing purposes.
