Hi forum,
I was planning to do multiple dwellings in Collinsville with modular/cabin homes. The council advised that town planning regulation has changed recently that they do not allow/encourage modular or prefab materials anymore.
They wanted to see standard home with normal concrete slab or stump.
Does anyone know if there are alternative solutions that are more cost effective than normal house development? I was thinking something along the line of smart homes. But I am lacking of knowledge which companies have reputable quality and flexibility in design.Just to give you some ideas of what I wanted to do, is to build double storey with 2 x 2BR and 2 x 1BR.
If you have done similar projects in the past, can you share some info on companies you use?Thanks
