    Hi All,

Just wondering what the general consensis is on going into partnership with a Capital Investor?

In summary, this is an opportunity where you can get into a property no money down; and the property virtually pays itself; allowing you to build a massive portfolio because you can leverage off of an already successful wealthy capital investor who’s been involved in these deals before.

They put up the Deposit and Purchasing costs and we carry the mortgage until sold.  They advise the properties are 'under market value' etc.

    Any thoughts/opinions are welcomed

PS, basically the idea is to buy it under market value, when selling all debts are paid and then profits split between the capital partner and yourself.
