I have seen numerous topics about central qlds and investing, i would like to focus on Emerald itself.
Has anyone bought OTP in emerald , if so was it a house or unit/townhouse/villa?
What was your experience like.
What does a 4/2/2 house on 600 square metres value at these days in emerald?
I have plenty of questions, would love to hear your feedback and anything else you would like to add.
