Just thought I'd start a thread for handy websites, newsletters, anything along those lines. Let's keep these legit, no spam, advertising or useless stuff.

Whenever I want a street level view, or even a satellite view of a property so I can see how it is situated compared to other suburbs or major locations, I use the Google Maps website – https://maps.google.com.au
This can be very useful.

and http://www.hudsonbond.com.au – they are real estate agents, but they put out weekly article about the Melbourne market and strategies, worth having a look at.
