First of all, can't beleive how great this website is. Plenty of information at hand.
My question is: Has any one here invested or have an investment property in Laverton 3028? Suburb is approx 20km away from Melbourne CBD with a median price of 300 – 350K. A lot of run down older houses on largish blocks. It used to be an ex housing comission area which ended late 80's i think, but is slowly picking up. Still 5 – 10 years off. A suburb this close to the city, with 2 train station and freeways has to eventually take off as inner city gets too expensive right?
