Hey All,
Browsing across the somersoft forum, I saw one of Nathan Birch's posts regarding a purchase in Willmot, where he mentions he purchased an ex-housing commission property and had the "Owner Occupier" clause removed before sale.
I was previously targeting these properties in the same suburbs all last year, placing multiple offers in, and contacted the department of housing multiple times to negotiate on various clauses, while negating on others, not once did they budge on that one.
Has anybody else had these clauses removed? What sort of approach did you take?
