    Hi,
    I have an IP in the Ipswich area (Bundamba) and the Air-Con is playing up. Does anyone know anyone who could lookquoterepair this for me? My Property Manager has a person who charges $66 to go out there and then $88 ph labour plus parts but I'd rather get someone myself who comes recommended.
    Can anyone recommend a reliable person?? Thanks a lot.

    Hi, i also have a invest property in Bundamba.  Just wondering if you have any knowledge of area because im from WA.

    Got house about 3 years ago and growth seems a long way from happening?

    I havnet used him before but spoke to him when i was in redbank plains last week.

    he quoted me $50 to clean filters and do regular service.
