Fellow Property Investors,
Just enquiring if any personal have looked into the the Passive Income (USA Commercial Property) Fund as a SMSF & how they have with a suitable structure through there account to suit both Australian & USA requirements to mitigate to risk to a suitable level?
Any names of accounts or personal who have the experience or qualifications would be great!
