    Hi guys,
    I just joined the forum and i am VERY new in the country. I was involved in property development/investment before and would like to get back in the game. I live in Burns Beach, Perth and would like to meet more like minded people. If anybody can point out where is the best place to read up about the industry and laws/regulations i would appreciate it.

    This forum is a good place to start. It's full of up to date info and there's plenty of investors willing to answer questions.
