    Hi Everyone,

    I live in Darwin and am buying an Investment property soon. was hoping someone had a good accountant they could recommend that specialises in IP.
    a few comments ive seen is that its better sometimes to look at another state.
    what are peoples thoughts??

    Hi Rachster

    Welcome aboard.

    A similar thread was created not that long ago – ie. good Darwin accountant.

    I'm not sure if there were any responses. If you do a search you'll be able to find it.

    You can certainly use an interstate accountant. As long as you can pick up a phone and type an email – and maybe scan/fax a few things, then you have the entire country to select your accountant from.

    I use Lowrys in Winnellie. But I prepare all my reports before I visit them.
