Hi all,
We have the most amazing Heritage Listed House (C1900) coming on the market in about 6 weeks once we have DA to subdivide it off the rest of the site. It's in Bellerive, Tasmania.
It's massive with 12ft ceilings, 5 bedrooms, formal lounge, formal dining room and has hardly been touched since it was built in 1900 (except for a lovely yellow bathroom which was built indoors in the late 60's).
I was wondering if there was anywhere I can get the word out about it apart from the normal realestate.com.au/domain.com etc sites.
I have been searching for a forum for these types of properties however can't seem to find any that would be suitable.
Or does anyone know of any Heritage type magazines that we could advertise it in?
