    Hi Everyone,

I am new to propertyinvesting.com and still very much in the education stage (reading and absorbing as much info as I can) about the best options and path to undertake in my property ventures. I have a great passion for renovating and will eventually make it my fulltime profession. I understand that the structure that one sets up is based on ones own personal circumstances and desired outcome. However, I was hoping to hear from those that have set up a particularly business structure for renovating and selling properties, the steps taken to set it up and how it works for you.

    Cheers,

    Hi Rols,

    Welcome to the forum.

Have you thought about holding onto the properties after renovating?

    Hi Engelo10,

I can’t say that renovating and holding is a structure I have given much thought too! I am inspired by what the likes of Cherie Barber does (I have not taken her course yet, but have heard her speak) and would like to pursue a similar path.

    Cheers,

Hi there! It’s great to see new members posting here. Property investing is very hard to “learn”, and it is always changing…so there is always something new to learn! Welcome, and read around on some other discussions. J
